The definition of a vendor managed service solution:

Our service concept is defined as any service that requires specialist warehousing and distribution control of an agreed range of uniforms & accessories to the Host client, regardless of whether the service operates from an onsite, offsite or traditional supply basis.

The solution should always entail:

  • Implementing definitive financial objectives for the service.
  • Implementing definitive service objectives for the service.
  • Implementing a range of uniform solutions that can be evidenced as being "fit-for-purpose" for the service.
  • Being able to measure and report on the services implemented, and being able to reconcile these against objectives of a continual basis.
  • Making sure that the products and services implemented are done so in an extremely user friendly manner, constantly adapting to the clients infrastructure and operational process flows.
  • The service is processed on an onsite, offsite or traditional basis, dependent upon size of service and product range required, as well as the client's needs.

  • We are a vendor managed solution service provider, for the warehousing and managed distribution of PPE, uniforms and relevant accessories, across the African continent. We make use of the latest web based ordering & control software through an onsite, offsite or traditional supply platform to the host client.
  • We do a full range of head to toe personal protective equipment (PPE), from an economic specification, through to all quality management accredited specifications, such as EN, EU and SABS specifications.

Service Implementation:

  • We have an initial session with the client, with view to identifying the type of products and services that may be required.
  • Based on requirements, one of two aspects occurs:
    1. We implement a needs analysis to determine the requirements of large scale services, with view to identifying a project plan for the host. This plan is usually implemented after negotiation and approval with and of the host, and implementation occurs accordingly.
    2. If a direct supply service is required, we send a quote and concurrent proposal to the client. These requirements are implemented in accordance with the host's approval of the latter accordingly.
  • All medium and long term supply solutions run on a continuous improvement strategy, in reconciliation with specific targets and objectives in this regard.
  • All service implementations are controlled through a Key Accounts Manager (KAM) who takes accountability for achieving the required outcomes on a consistent basis.
